Key Definitions
"Platform"
Refers to ClickMock's website, mobile applications, and all associated APEAPCET preparation services.
"User" / "Student"
Any individual who accesses or uses our Platform, primarily Andhra Pradesh Intermediate students.
"Content"
All educational materials, mock tests, questions, explanations, and AI-generated insights on our Platform.
"APEAPCET"
Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test conducted by APSCHE.
These definitions apply throughout these Terms unless the context requires otherwise.
Account Eligibility
To use ClickMock, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old (16+ without parental consent)
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Be preparing for or interested in APEAPCET
- Not have previously violated these Terms
Account Security
You are responsible for:
Password Protection
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
Account Activity
All activities that occur under your account
Termination Rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
What We Provide

Service Limitations
- Not an official APSCHE/APEAPCET service
- Does not guarantee admission or rank

Free vs Paid Services
ClickMock offers both free and premium services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any features at any time.

License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Platform for personal APEAPCET preparation purposes only.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickMock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClickMock, its officers, and employees from any claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
7. General Provisions
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically applicable in Andhra Pradesh.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Andhra Pradesh.
Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Modification of Terms
